Dangerous overgrowth

As you can see you from the pics the growth has taken over the pavement making it dangerous for pedestrian's to walk without being forced very close to the road. So close I slipped on the kerb which could have been fatal. Lucky no car or heavy goods vehicle was passing which could have caused me a fatal injury in addition to the graze on the knee. This should be fixed immediately before someone could get seriously or fatally injured. Location is Green Lane, Cranford staring from the Causeway junction.
