Persisent illegal parking on zig zag lines in front of school crossing

Some parents dropping off at Strand on the Green primary school are regulalr treating the white zig zig no parking areas either side of the zebra crossing as there own VIP parking spaces. This happens on a daily basis (on school days) and creates a hazard by blocking the sight lines of drivers approaching the crossing which is of course used extensively by young children
