Property number four - elderly disabled res says that most of the leaves are falling into the front driveway - which she is unable to now maintain - it becomes slippery creates a lot of mess. Blocks out the light in her property - she believes that the tree has not been pruned for 20 years. The branches are breaking off other are low hanging so much so one is unable to walk under them.
