Garden waste being dumped in the copses

Garden waste, trimmings are being dumped in the copses from households on Crawford Close. Appreciate that the garden waste is biodegradable, but we all start to do this them the beautiful copses will turn into a mess very quickly. It is an environment that the animals and residents enjoy equally and should keep clean. The garden waste bin from the council is provided just for this reason so that heaps of rubbish don't pile up in every corner at the onset of hot weather.
