15 inch hole in pavement and growing

This damage and hole has been evident form bin collection day 2 weeks now.can only surmise one of the heavier collection lorry for grass mounted the pavement. Outside 9 regent Close. The damage seems to be getting worse. Many thanks for your b assistance.
