Huge tree inbetween house number 4 & 6

Hello, I am writing about the street tree outside our house on 4 Kinnaird Avenue. The tree is absolutely huge and obstructing our view of the road when exiting our driveway and the leaves/branches are so low that they’re now scraping the top of our car when we enter or exit . I have no idea when this was last pruned or cut back but it’s now a huge problem and we’d like someone to come out and look at it? Thanks!

This is now a health and safety issue that we would like someone to contact us about. The branches are at eye height and obstructs our view of the road so we cannot safely cycle or drive out of the driveway into the road. We have small children and this is a huge concern for us. Our car roof is being scratched by having no choice but to drive under the branches to access our property.
