When vehicles are parked in the bays adjacent to the hedge pictured, there is very little space left to walk on the pavement without scraping your face/arms against a protruding bush. This then causes one to walk on the road causing a hazard. If I am using a stroller it is next to impossible to walk on the aforementioned foot path. I imagine it would be the same for wheelchair users also. This has been apparent for over 6 months.
