Flooded st & blocked drain

When it rains the drain gets blocked and the whole road floods - it has now become so bad the water reaches properties 13, 13a & 11 Whytecroft. You cannot see the pavement and where the road begins and is becoming a problem to reach houses and cars. The one drain is too small and very blocked up and close to shrubs and weeds which get blocked up in it as well. This drain really needs something done to it as it is only getting worse. Thank you.
