Failed tarmac between units 3&4 & kerb reinstatement outside Unit 10

My name is Asma Malik, I work for CBRE, we are the manging agents for Market Trading Estate. I have been advised to report any problems with the main roadway (Christopher Road) and walkways to the local council as this is owned by them. There is a failed section of tarmac on the roadside between Units 3 & 4 and kerbstone along the walkway at Unit 10 that will need to be reinstated. Please ref pics attached for full details. Issue has been present for a few months now.
