A dangerous trip hazard of raised paving stones on the footpath, caused by untended tree roots, outside 36 Silver Crescent, W4 5SE At 11.50 am today, Wed 6 May 2026, this dangerous hazard caused me to trip and fall sustaining an open wound to my left leg.
