Overgrown tree

The tree has overgrown which is obstructing the pedestrian pavement so people are having to use the road to walk around which is dangerous as it is on the corner of the road. The tree needs to be trimmed so that somebody with a push chair, with a disability, who is over the height of 4 foot can walk under there without having to use the road. With current roadworks/gas works it’s even more dangerous to use the road to walk around due to machinery
