Cable hanging dangerously onto footpath

At around 5.30pm this evening we witnessed a young man get caught up in a thin (Broadband??) cable & junction box hanging loosely from the top floor wall of No.80 (?) Turnham Green Terrace and connecting with a unit in the pavement. The man nearly tripped over as a result.

The hanging cable is an obviously dangerous and unexpected new feature of this public right of way and it should be removed (or fitted more securely to the wall).
