Safety on path and road

At night pallets and aircraft pallets are left cross the pathways and road with 5 or 6 forklifts that are not permitted to be on roads are off loading lorry at night meanly but day time getting just as bad , lorrys are park on pavements stopping people walking past and over past pallet of fruit let on path and further down the road bulk bags left in road to save spaces for lorry’s to park there is a container sticking out halfway across the path which looks like a permanent structure people are also parking on double lines and making it very dangerous to pass. I do see a traffic warden but he talks to people and drives off doesn’t do anything there are vans left on roads with no tax or mot and probably no insurance
