More than 3 months since I reported and repeated multiple reminders and not fixed yet

I would like to here on this complaint why the fix is still not applied

  • This was originally reported about 4 months back and no fixes done. Hence reported it a fresh in April ! and No visibility of fix action nor any acknowledgement of work about to be done! Not sure I am wasting time to report.

    What is the best way to escalate this to next level for action ?
