There are four posts. Every single one is loose or dislodged. They ares a wooden post with a chunk of cement on the end. They find themselves on the road and on the grass. Both which are dangerous as damage to a car or a trip hazard. School children play with them which is dangerous. And they are not doing the job they are supposed to be doing. I have actually watched the Councils refuse collection contractor physically pull the posts out of the ground to get their lorry past numerous times. And no attempt is made to put the bollard back as it was. The posts were actually put in to stop them doing it! In summary 4 posts require setting into the ground before someone gets hurt by them lying on the ground/road. This is also not the first time this has been requested... but the posts are so poorly seated a few inches into the ground, that they come loose and are easily dislodged my council contractors.
