Large quantities of construction material (soil and ready-mix) were deposited directly onto the public highway on a single yellow line without any barriers, signage, or visible permit.

This obstructed vehicle access, including access to my garage, and created a safety hazard for pedestrians and traffic.

The activity appeared unregulated, and materials were later removed by another vehicle but workmen attempted fly tipping in the alley next to 2A Cornwall Grove.

I request confirmation whether a valid permit exists and enforcement action if not. I have photographic evidence available if required.
