Dear Hounslow highways, I'm making this enquiry on behalf of the resident Gaynor Bailey (gaynorbailey9@msn.com). Resident have raised concerns about persistent dog fouling along Victoria Road. The issue has become widespread, and children walking to and from school are frequently stepping in it, which is causing distress and hygiene concerns. She have mentioned that the dog may belong to an owner living in New Chapel Square. I would be grateful if these matters could be looked into and appropriate action taken to the dog fouling concerns.
