Lump in road

I was crossing the road an I had tripped over the hump and went flying across the floor I have problems with my knees and as I have no cartridges and I have find it hard to walk, but as I cross the road, I didn’t see the lump in the road. I went straight over it and went down on my knee. I now have very bad swollen knees and I’m in a lot of pain, but I now have to go back to the hospital looking for a knee replacement.
