Uneven pavement

Dear Highways Team,

I am writing to notify you of damage to the public footway outside 38 Netheravon Road, W4 2NA.

The damage appears to relate to a materials delivery undertaken in 2024 involving a lorry-mounted crane (HIAB) delivery vehicle which we believe was operated by AcreLane Builders Merchants Ltd, during which stabiliser outriggers were deployed onto the pavement. Photographs from the time are attached showing the vehicle operation and the resulting displacement of paving slabs.

We understand that any inspection and remedial works affecting the public highway would need to be assessed and instructed by the Council. We have not ccd the company at this time as the works took place some time ago however please let us know if you need any further information at this time.
