Thank you for resolving my earlier complaint at Swan Close so quickly — I really appreciate your prompt action.

I would also like to report that leftover food is being left outside at 12 Armstrong Way continuously, almost every day by the residents. This is not hygienic, it is attracting rats, and the green area is becoming dirty because of this.

If required, I can provide updates from Monday to Friday.
