Throughout the road

Dear Sir or Madam,

I am writing to formally complain about the poor condition of the road located at tw5 the Crossways . The road surface has significantly deteriorated and now contains multiple potholes and uneven sections, which pose a serious risk to drivers, cyclists, and pedestrians.

The damage to the road has been present for some time and appears to be worsening. Vehicles are frequently forced to slow down or swerve to avoid the potholes, increasing the likelihood of accidents and causing potential damage to cars. During wet weather, the situation becomes even more hazardous as the potholes fill with water and are difficult to see.

I believe this issue requires urgent attention and would appreciate it if the road could be inspected and repaired as soon as possible. Please let me know if a reference number can be provided for this complaint and when remedial work is expected to take place.
