Pot hole at the traffic lights - 2 on the road

Hi Hounslow Highways,

2 potholes - one large and one small.

My car tyre caused damage whilst driving and suddenly stopping at the traffic lights which casued a hole in the tyre. The local tyre place asked for 10 pounds to repair the tyre. Could you please fill in the 2 holes.
