Hi,
Would like to formally make a compliant regarding graffiti on a charging station.
Since July 2025, I have been communicating with BP (heretohelp@bp.com) regarding a removal of graffiti on the BP charging station. Which now they are looking into the matter recently. I received some information from Carmen Johnson who is a Customer Support Advisor stated a Field Service Engineers visited the site and stated bp pulse is not responsible for graffiti removal at sites where the land and surrounding infrastructure fall under the responsibility of the property owner or landlord.
They stated we recommend reporting the graffiti directly to the site owner or local council, who are the parties authorized to arrange removal or further action.Could you please inform me who is responsible to remove the graffiti gang sign which is on the charging station, this issue has been on the system for over a year and this issue is not resolved. A picture of the graffiti shows its on the BP charging station, which led me to think the BP charging station responsibility, but state the site owner or local council are responsible. Could you inform me who is responsible to remove the gang sign on the charging station so i can directly contact them to get this gang sign removed. The charging station is on a public payment which is owned by the Hounslow Council, if the council are responsible can you please send a contractor to remove the graffiti.

Could you inform me has a contactor been at the site and removed the graffiti gang sign which put a the gang in the local area?
If the the graffiti has not been removed could you explain who is responsible?
Carmen Johnson who is a Customer Support Advisor stated a Field Service Engineers visited the site and stated bp pulse is not responsible for graffiti removal at sites and when i informed Hounslow Council a member of staff in complaints deaprtment stated to raise a Hounslow Highways website at FixMyStreet, but it seems reporting the issue has resulted in te case being closed, could you explain the reason this has closed?
