Big pothole

Sent to Hounslow Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 8803248.

There is a large pothole that has been here for over 10 months. It is so deep that it jolts the car when you don't see it in the dark. I am concerned it will damage my car. It has been here so long I am surprised it has not been fixed yet. Please sort this out. Thanks.
