Heston swimming pool

Sent to Hounslow Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 8721131.

Today around 2:30 I came out of the Heston swimming baths and I noticed a young women who came out from the building got into a black Audi registration number RA 24 BYJ which was parked on the disable bay outside the front of the swimming pool building and removed the disabled permit. from the car windscreen and drove off. To me it's looks like this young women using a disable permit illegally.
