Vehicle abandoned on Benedict Drive outside number 19

This vehicle appeared in late November early December 2025. At that time it just looked like a parked car. I have been away over Christmas visiting family. On my return on 08Jan it appears that the vehicle has been clamped and two wheels have been removed. It is obviously been abandoned and needs removing from the roadway.
