Abandoned vehicle for 4 months now

On the junction of The Crossways and The Warren, there is an abandoned van that has been there for 4 months. The vehicle has one missing smashed window (glass and taped up area has gone inside the car), scratches the whole way round the van, flat tyres and moss growing all around it.

It’s parked half on the kerb and in the middle of two parking spaces. It is really letting the area down and will encourage other dumped vehicles as a result of how long it has been there. It’s also a parking nuisance, so please do remove. Thank you
