On Wednesday night 19th November around 9.00pm I was walking home and the next thing I knew I was on the floor, I had tripped over an uneven paving slab. My nose was pouring with blood, my teeth went through my bottom lip and I chipped four teeth. I caught my arm, shoulder and left wrist on the ground. My phone smashed so I couldn't call for help. I later attended hospital and dentist for my injuries. There are many uneven paving slabs in the same area and have been for a long time.
