This issue has been ongoing since the 13th of November (16 days to date).
Hounslow Councils contractors damaged the INCORRECTLY installed Virgin Media cabling to the property on the 13th of November 2025.
Both the contractor & Virgin Media have been notified on multiple occasions about the ongoing issue, inconvenience, access restrictions & ongoing obstruction being caused on a high footfall pavement (Primary School at the end of road).
NO ACTION has been taken by Virgin Media to repair & make right their INCORRECTLY installed cabling.
The pavement remains with a hole where the repair is required.
NEITHER HOUNSLOW COUNCIL or VIRGIN MEDIA seem to be taking responsibility for resolving the issue.
THIS IS A CLEAR HEALTH & SAFETY ISSUE ON A PUBLIC FOOTPATH & NEEDS TO BE FIXED URGENTLY
16 DAYS is UNACCEPTABLE!

This issue has been ongoing now since the 16th of November 2025, it remains a public safety hazard & neither Virgin Media or Hounslow Council seem to be treating the repairs with any priority. No updates have been provided from either, today marks Boxing Day, the 26tht of November, being inconvenienced for such a prolonged period & particularly during the Christmas period is extremely upsetting.
