Broken branch hanging over footpath

A large branch has broken on the tree an is hanging down over the footpath. The tree is on public land but boarders the hospital grounds. If the branch was to fall it would likely fall into the footpath, and possibly damage the hospital fence. Obviously, the risk it could fall on a person is more pressing.
