This shoddily made up and resurfaced duct work has been in place since I started using this road due to commute to Osterley, so for a few years now. It's now got progressively worse, as surface in there - long/wide enough for car's wheel to dip - has seriously recessed, and it's not possible to drive over it securely at 30mph (or even 20 mph). There is a risk to damaging the tyres, rims and/or suspension. Enclosed are two pictures - in both directions - obtained from Google Street, clearly indicating the problem. Please repair ASAP!
