Overhanging tree on Thornbury Road before Thornbury Avenue

This ongoing problem of ponding outside my mums property who is 91 has not been resolved and seems be getting worse. This is due to an overgrown tree breaking the kerb Therefore prohibiting the flow of natural water, upon rainfall this is causing a nuisance to Pedestrians as well as drivers and should have been addressed as a matter of urgency. Instead the case was closed with no explanation. Please investigate and respond accordingly.
