34/36 Meadowbank gardens,Cranford.TW5 9TU

Reported via desktop in the Pothole or other defect category by Wally Ibrahim at 15:23, Thu 9 October 2025

Sent to Hounslow Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 8273814.

I am concerned that the road near Meadowbank Green is sinking. This was reported to Thames Water. As the owners of the sewer and wastewater infrastructure, they are the primary authority for investigating a potential collapsed or damaged sewer or tunnel.

On 7th October 2025, I raised this issue at the Heston & Cranford Area Forum. This action brings the problem to the attention of local councillors and council officers, creating a public record and political pressure.

I also reported it via ‘FixMyStreet’ to representatives at the meeting. This automatically creates a formal report with the local Highways department at Hounslow Council. Even if the cause is a Thames Water asset, the Council has a duty to make the area safe and liaise with the utility company.
