Concrete posts/metal poles missing

Looks like someone has crashed into one of the metal poles which are there to prevent motor vehicles from driving down the alley. Concrete debris present, pole further down the alley. At the other end, a pole is missing, this is going to mean a lot more vehicles use this alley, which is very much used by kids on their way to school.
