This car has been dumped in the lay-bye for a few months now. Its been reported to tge DVLA who advised its a lical council issue. Tge car is nit taxed or has MOT. It gas veen reported to Hounslow Highways who infom me tgat its not thier responsibility.

The car is parked in a lay-bye outside a school entrance. Its depriving a parking space for school drop offs and pick ups. It has smashed window's with glass shreads on the road and pavement. A Health and Safety issue for Infant Children attending the school. Please arrange to have the car removed.
