Holly hedge, ivy and tree litter now overtaking pavement on both sides of 10 Argyle. Impossible for mobility scooters, buggies or children on scooters to pass using pavement (without being scratched by holly). It’s a hindrance to public pathways, and just plain unsightly. Please contact owner to fix.
