Sent to Hounslow Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 8166338.

The resident called to inform that resurfacing works are being carried out in his drive and he is due for a knee replacement. He is requesting for an exemption to park nearby as he will be unable to walk after his knee replacement. He stated that the works will be carried out on his drive for 2 weeks. And was informed that it will start from Monday- today.
