Tree in front of 92 Moulton Avenue

Sent to Hounslow Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 8132572.

This tree's roots get big every few years, the footpath has to be corrected. In this process it has damaged my fence and uprooted it. I have had to pay £800 into quotes of thousands to get it privately repaired. However this issue is guaranteed to happen again soon, even though its a council house they are NOT willing to repair it or compensate me. Please remove this tree or pay me for the fence.
