I am writing to report that the footpath outside my property at 56 Orchard Avenue, TW5 0DX is uneven and in poor condition. The surface is cracked and raised in several areas, posing a trip hazard to pedestrians—especially the elderly and those with mobility issues.

I kindly request that the footpath be inspected and re-tarmacked as soon as possible to ensure public safety.
