The resident from Hibernia Gardens is making an Exit Door at the back of his garden to have access to Rossindel Road so that he can take his kids to school on Cromwell Road quicker. I am sure no one is allowed to do this as Highways would need to be informed of this. Also his opening at the back of his garden is over a Disabled Parking Bay and make it very difficult to use the opening if the car is parked there. Please investigate as there are a number of complaints already made to the Council who should be looking after this . Many thanks
