This has been a ongoing problem for over seven years, i was told nearly every year on it will get retarmac in our next budget, again i have to tell you that i am a disabled person and every time it rains heavy for ten minutes we have this same problem. i cannot get to my car untill after hours when the rain has stopped, and this is the summer wowwwwww whats going to happen in the winter ?????????
