Look..Infront of my house.. how can we live in peace? It's decreasing the value of my house.. despite we follow the rules and pay council tax we are suffering..some rouges are enjoying by throwing her..they do know it should not be dumped here that's why they do midnight or early hours.. please fix this problem permanently..I'm begging you
