Rubbish at the top of Albert Road

Sent to Hounslow Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 7811210.

My complaint is to do with the rubbish, plus cans, bottles and a large plant fallen across the pavement a the top of Albert Road. I just want to know why this was not cleared when the dumped mattress and shopping trolley was picked up last week. Today, there were two men on Hibernia Road picking up litter, why are they not reporting what they are seeing on route. Why is it left to us to report this to Highways all the time.
