Overgrown branches obstructing access to driveway

The tree’s branches are severely overgrown and now pose a significant obstruction. They hang low over my access to my garages and driveway, with hard, pine-like cones that strike my vehicles each time we attempt to enter or exit. This not only risks damage to our vehicles but also makes access to my property extremely difficult. At present, I’m forced to make an unusually wide turn—crossing into my neighbour’s side—just to manoeuvre into my two garage parking spaces. Please could these overhanging tree branches be trimmed.
