I am a fit person and I fell over so badly on an uneven paving slab today. I have grazed palms and knees and how I managed to avoid my head smashing into the pavement was sheer arm strength. An octogenarian neighbour wasn't so lucky on the same stretch of footpath. She suffered months of shoulder and neck pain. It's shameful.
