The shrubs should be waste height they are growing up in to the trees I have reported this at least 6 times over the last 2 years & hounslow council have done nothing I will get an email that it's nothing to do with highways I don't care who cuts the trees & scrubs please come & cut them there used as urinals When the pub closes
