The pavement is impassable now because of tree foliage. Also a spiky off shoot is growing up out of the pavement a few yards up outside 27.. The drains are blocked because the streets have not been swept or cleaned for months. There are weeds everywhere. It looks awful. (Please do not pull out the purple lavender flowering plants this time which have been grown under a tree to make the road more attractive. )
