Large van obstructing left hand lane of Worton Road (approaching roundabout)

A van has been abandoned and occupying this spot for months now. It has had parking tickets attached to its window, and now it has a tyre missing. The vehicle needs to be removed as it is blocking a lane and is difficult to see around, particularly on the bus route.
