Weeds overgrown AGAIN !!!

Can these weeds be cut and treated so they don’t come back. It gets worse every year and we have to keep complaining till eventually it gets done. I’ve seen a whole load of street cleaners ( about 2 weeks ago ) doing the weeds on Worton rd and the surrounding areas but the weeds there are not even long or big groups of them like on Leigh rd. when is this going to be done. We need an actual date ! Shall I stop paying my council tax ??? Maybe till it’s done ?? It’s become dangerous, especially for elderly and more so blind people. When I parked across my drive they put a ticket on it within 27 minutes of being there but this weeds can grow & grow for months & months and it seems to be fine !!!
