Green triangle wherre Osterley Rd meets The Grove

The 6 young saplings planted last year to replace 6 young saplings planted the previous year are suffering from lack of water. They are very stressed, 2 have leaves that are completely dry and brown, quite dead and the others are showing degrees of suffering. Exactly the same situation is repeating itself. Surely we should learn from past mistakes? Young street trees have little access to the meagre rainfall we get in Isleworth due to very small area of soil around and often the green bag is in the way. Please stop this neglect, waste of money and do a proper job. Do it once and get it right please.
